"Can’t begin to describe what a great stay this is. A real experience, if you are doing the battlefields, then staying or visiting here is a must. Comfy beds, great facilities and good breakfast. Loft chapel is probably the nicest chapel or church I have ever seen mainly because of the emotion involved. Thoroughly recommend. "

"We wish we had discovered this place years ago as we have been making this trip 2 or 3 times a year using a hotel near Lille. This charming house is so much better and the welcome from the charming Marie-Odile was lovely. So much care has gone into the preparation of the accommodation and the breakfast, largely using home-grown items, was exceptional. I am sure we shall find a reason to come here again."

"Lille “bed and breakfast” , hyggeligt, nyistandsat lejlighed, meget rent og pænt. Dejlig indendørs pool med udgang til solterrasse og hyggelig have. Stille og roligt sted. Dejlig fransk morgenmad serveret på værelset. Personalet var meget venlige og serviceminded. Ligger 20 min. kørsel fra Lille. Vi havde en rigtig dejlig uge, god placering for bilture til fx Dunkerque, Lille og evt. hurtigtoget til Paris."

"The staff of Chez George's could not be nicer. The breakfast was so fantastic - freshly baked local breads, cheeses and yogurt. The room is efficient and tidy with a modern bathroom. The rooms are located up a narrow winding staircase so keep that in mind. There are lockers for storage. The area around the hotel is so beautiful. "

"Un bon accueil par le propriétaire,une grande chambre avec douche et toilettes, endroit très calme , une bonne literie, très propre, un petit déjeuner convivial avec des yaourts fait maison , un joli jardin fleuri avec un potager et des plantes aromatiques et un poulailler avec 3 poules . On est comme à la maison, une belle adresse."

"I liked everything. This was a one night stay on the way to somewhere else. It is extremely quiet at night, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is a dream. Also, it is a beautiful place. "

"Very friendly and accommodating host. Fantastic breakfast with locally curated foods. Booked us a table at a restaurant in town that was fantastic as well. Room was great with beautiful views of the countryside, bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend "

"A unique property. Lovely welcome. Delicious breakfast. Parking outside the front of the house was super easy. "

"Everything was perfect! David was a very welcoming host, even though we arrived after 9pm. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spacious and very clean with bottled water and amenities. David laid on the nicest breakfast of warm croissants, warm bread, cheeses, jams, yoghurt and honey, and also supplied is plenty of milk and cocoa for hot chocolate. The cats and dogs at the property are adorable and all in all, it was a very relaxed overnight stay. Merci, David et Cecile."
