"Very low water pressure in the shower. A/C struggled to get down to temp. Only one elevator was working, and it moved before door closing (a little scary, we took the stairs most of our stay). Breakfast was gross."

"I had a very unpleasant stay due to the following issues: 1. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Every time it started running, it made loud noises until it stopped. "The hotel itself was a little outdated but it was clean. The staff were beyond friendly. The staff that managed breakfast were so kind to keep it out a bit longer for my kids to make it down. Most will not leave it out for a minute past closing. The front desk ladies on the am and evening shift were both so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again."

"I didn’t like anything about the room. The room is super old and in bad condition. The bed & mattresses are full of stains. The walls are badly painted. The floor wall molding was coming off. The toilet paper holder was all rusty. The iron didn’t steam well and would leak water. The images on the website are misleading."

"Booked this room through Expedia, around a month before the trip as it was “reserve now pay later” on the day of check in while I’m making my 4 hour drive I get a notification my room has been cancelled. I called and they LIED saying my card had declined, but they had never tried to charge it, then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t reverse the cancellation all I could do was rebook and a much higher rate than what I originally reserved."
