While the basement rooms do have a more separated feel from the main bedroom that could matter for younger kids, the loft space is close and has a very cozy feel. It was easy to settle right in. "This little cabin was just right for our weekend getaway. The morning view off the lake alone are worth it. The only thing i will say is that the parking situation is a bit tight due the cabin being in an RV park. I don't believe we would have been able to get our truck and boat parked there. "The cottage is super comfortable and met our every expectation with plenty of room for 8. It is well thought out with plenty of supplies as promised. The boat is outstanding, ran perfectly and was also very comfortable and in the best shape of any boat we have rented in the past. Outstanding! With games inside and the fire circle for s'mores and a clever fold up net system for playing badminton or beachball volley ball the kids had plenty to do.
