"First room had a massive cockroach in it( was told this was a common occurrence but didn’t see another one the whole trip) to their credit they switched us to a nicer room. If you plan on leaving this hotel a lot do not stay in any tower but the lagoon tower! The other 2 towers are about a 15 minute walk from the parking lot.
