"Check-in/Front desk and Valet staff are friendly, professional and efficient.
The room is clean, well appointed (mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker). The only two issues are the bathroom barn (door doesn’t glide well) and the patio door (only opened two inches wide). We did not inform staff as we managed to deal with it for our two night stay (one of which was pouring rain so moot point for the patio door).
Otherwise, stay was good. "

"Had a great stay at pacific Kona! Friendly staff and we even attended the yoga class one morning, great experience…
The downside is that the pool is not heated, hence too cold to actually use. The pool area is filled with annoying flies…
We had s bit of s challenge with room cleaning and also parking is very expensive onsite, so bear aware of that
We liked the stay, but should have only had a few nights, great for that, but then I would move on"

"The room was very nice and spacious with a decent view of the ocean. I was very pleased on checkout day; we had a 10 PM flight, and the hotel not only let us use the facilities all day (pool, hot tub, etc.), but they gave us access to a hospitality room where we were able to take a shower at the time of our choosing. "
