"The room was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants although a bit far to walk to anywhere. It was very clean, slightly outdated, but very nice place to stay. Perfect for 2 guests or a couple. Nice balcony with ocean view. "

"The property was awesome! I had one small issue with a spider, could happen anywhere! Make sure that the Raid is stocked lol. Location was very nice, close to the coffee shop. Hostess was very helpful. Make sure to take in the view of the pool. Also, a step stool for the microwave would be nice. We are shortl!"

"Very convenient location. There’s a popular poke spot right next to the building. Easy access to the beach. Only 10mins drive to grocery stores/restaurants. The unit is very clean. I like that they have a washer and dryer in the unit. It is somewhat noisy at night because the window is facing the street. But I sleep with earplugs anyways so that’s not a problem to me. "Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) "

"Truly, one of our families, favorite getaways! The property was clean, very comfortable, and close to a tremendous amount of amenities. Access to the beach club is such a gift! We enjoyed snorkeling, listening to the beautiful music from the restaurant, and exploring different shops and restaurants that were all a short bike ride away. "Overall, good location that is convenient to the attractions to Kona. Great to have a designated parking spot. Turning left out of the apartment is a bit tricky as the traffic backs up due to a four way stop just up the road, but that is manageable. Great beaches nearby (just not in front on the property as that one is very rocky).The apartment is well appointment, the best in terms of cooking utensils and basics (basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, etc are all available)....
