"We had a great time at Moot Point. My goal was to get my daughters to catch some stripers and for my wife to read as many books as possible, both were accomplished. Fishing was slow but steady and the girls had a blast. Kayak access is easy just have to be 3-4 hours of the high tide. Denise was a fantastic host. "Cute little ranch just down the street from the main road in Gloucester. Slept 4 adults comfortably and had everything you needed. Mile Marker One restaurant is within a half of a mile as well as a nice gas station/convenient store. Nice outdoor seating to watch the boats while having a drink. Under 3 mi from Hammond Castle and about 15 mi from Rockport and Salem."

It was very helpful that we were not required to stay a minimum of 1 week because we only had five remaining days after attending a family wedding in the White Mountains of NH the weekend before.
