"This was the accommodation I booked for an overnight stay before visiting Bryce Canyon. It was located in a residential area, so it was quiet and cozy. The place was very small, charming, and lovely. I could really feel how much care the host puts into maintaining the home. The kitchen and bathroom were also well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. I only stayed for one night because of my travel schedule, but I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. "Perfect spot for me and my boyfriend to stay between Zion and Bryce. It was clean and cute. Shower pressure was amazing. We didn’t need the a/c but the heater worked well. Host was responsive. Would recommend for a couple looking to be between Zion and Bryce!"

My only concerns was the lack of info on the septic tank, since teaching kids to throw away toilet paper vs flushing is hard, as well as the location having two groups staying in the same home, just different levels.
