Upstairs, a spacious master bedroom with a sunlit bay window offers a relaxing retreat in the heart of Hastings, accompanied by two additional bedrooms.



The Space:

Welcome to Prospect Rise, a charming Victorian escape perfectly placed to enjoy everything this vibrant seaside town has to offer. Set in a fantastic location less than a 10-minute stroll from the seafront, pier, train station, and bustling town centre, this characterful home blends period charm with modern comfort, making it an ideal base for coastal breaks, cultural adventures, or relaxed weekends away.



The courtyard garden is fully enclosed your own secluded spot to unwind, featuring ample seating and dining space, perfect for sunny afternoons or quiet evenings under the open sky.



The ground floor provides ample entertaining space, with a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a cosy living area and a downstairs toilet for added convenience.



Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom provides a calming retreat, enhanced by a beautiful sun-filled bay window that floods the room with natural light. It’s an ideal place to relax after a day exploring the Old Town, wandering along the beach, or discovering Hastings’ unique blend of history, art, and seaside charm. The further two bedrooms provide comfort during your stay, and the twin room can be made as a double bed upon request.



Beautifully situated and full of character, Prospect Rise offers a comfortable and convenient home-from-home for anyone looking to enjoy the very best of Hastings and the East Sussex coastline.

The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.



There is no parking immediately in front of the house, but drop off and loading is allowed. The on road

parking in the immediate area is restricted to resident permits during the day, but can be used overnight

from 8pm to 9am. Free parking is within a 10-15 minute walk and/or the multi-storey payable car park is also close by.

Welcome to Prospect Place, situated in the heart of Hastings, one of England’s most picturesque and historic coastal areas. This vibrant neighbourhood perfectly combines seaside charm with rich cultural heritage. Wander along winding cobbled streets and discover a mix of centuries-old cottages, boutique shops, independent cafés, and cosy pubs that reflect the town’s unique character. The seafront is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy the Hastings Pier, scenic promenade, and pebbled beach. For history enthusiasts, the Smugglers Adventure caves and Hastings Castle are nearby, offering a fascinating glimpse into the town’s past.



The area also boasts a strong arts and community scene, with local galleries, street art, and regular events such as Hastings Old Town Week and seasonal festivals. For surfers, the main break to the east of the Pier is only a five minute walk and you can store your boards in the locked enclosed rear yard.
