"The bed and the pillows were so soft. It was right across from the subway station with several food options like Panera Bread and a coffee shop next door. Target was across the street as well. Great location. "

"God morgenmadbuffet med frugt og grød, varmt mad, brød osv. Vi boede i en familie suit på 15. etage. Der var masse af plads og et fuld køkken med i værelset (køle/fryseskab kunne godt larme lidt). Spist også i baren med udvalg af lokale øl. Der var maden som café i DK også prismæssige. Lokation er lige over broen fra Boston i Cambridge"

"Parking, while it is free (big bonus in Boston area) is difficult to get as majority of spots are tiny and in tight underground garage with pillars at every other space, and majority of cars park diagonally or over line, making every other space unable to be used. There is only one way in/out, so have to back out to get out once realize there is no where to park. Remaining few spots are outside and around the back, not well lit, so as a female coming in/out late at night or early AM it’s not...

"Visited Cambridge for 4th of July. Always wanted to see fireworks in Boston!
Made a reservation in Feb at another hotel. On July 1 was notified that fireworks would not be able to be seen from their property. Then steps in Marriot at Cambridge. They fit us in at last minute. We were celebrating my birthday and 39th wedding anniversary. At the desk was Malika...she was a joy. Upgraded our room to a high corner room. The manager sent us wine, and snacks. They all were so professional and kind!...

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.
Overall, a really fun and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!"
"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room had a heavy smell of air freshener that was not pleasant. The breakfast was a sad affair with very limited choices. The AC in the room could not be adjusted and a heater was needed to adjust the temperature. In summary we were a bit disappointed with our stay there."
