"Nice, clean, quiet, with attentive host that kept us well suppled with clean linens and fresh garden vegetables. We stayed at the Cottage for 17 nights. It is far enough off the beaten path but still close enough. We had deer outside the kitchen window in the morning. We spent our time exploring the Blue Ridge Mts and the Fourth of July with family in the Atlanta suburbs. Plan to visit again "

"Great location right on the water! Really enjoyed our time on the lake and the use of the kayaks. We visited the Toccoa falls and it really is a nice place to visit. Great communication with the owner and we will be back! "
