"Nice views of harbour from front windows. House had a musty smell and was showing its age. Bit of water damage one the ceiling of one of the bedrooms was a bit off putting. Owner was helpful with questions. "

"It’s well situated and a nice place to stay. "

"Beautifully renovated cottage with comfortable bed and modern washroom. Conveniently located for exploring Guisborough and helpful guidebook with suggestions for the kids and adults. The grocery store is a 5-minute block away also. Andy was very helpful and easy to communicate with."

"It's a quirky place but it was as described and Angie was welcoming and accommodating."

"We had a lovely stay at The Tipsy Bee. The cottage is lovely, with lots of quirky yet thoughtful touches. We look forwards to visiting again soon."
