"Great Property! 100 Yards of beach access. When I say beach I genuinely mean Beach (sand). The house layout is as follows. The entrance divides the main floor to the bottom floor. On the main floor there is a large kitchen with added washer. The living room is split between a sitting area and dining room. "My brother and I were traveling for our Uncle's funeral. We were thrilled to find the Perkins House was available. The house reminded us of our grandparents house in Harrison, ME. It brought us back in time to days of our childhood. I definitely want to return with my family to enjoy the Lakewood Theatre and the lake."

"Great spot on the lake! The house was super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed while we were there. The neighbor's house is really close to the property along the shared beach, and while it was never an issue for us, you may hear the neighbors as they come and go from their house. Overall a fantastic stay."
