My husband did ask for another room and the associate at the desk, reluctantly offered one upstairs but said it was against hotel policies since they liked to keep the guests with pets on the first floor. If you arrive late evening from your work, the parking spaces was all filled and you’re forced to park at the Hotel’s over flow parking area which was very in convenient and time consuming if you had to bring work related equipment back to your hotel room . "Let's start with the fact that the staff were horribly disrespectful, rude, and had major misunderstandings of how you treat customers. I had an employee cuss me out, the room had roaches. Noises inside kept me up all night. The night shift staff slept behind the desk and was unavailable the whole night. Day shift desk person was disrespectful. 0/10"
