"Very clean and tidy in a wonderful neighborhood. Everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. The house itself in adorable and the furnishings are very fresh and comfy. The only thing I would suggest in the future in window air conditioning units. Vermont is just getting hotter than usual. "The well-stocked kitchen with kitchen island and bar stools worked well for our group of four. The mattresses were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, just right. The bath towels were plush and large. We would absolutely stay here again. There are a few things to be aware of. There was a raised wood strip between the wood floor in the kitchen to the wood floor in the living area. Until we got used to this, we "tripped" over the strip a few times. "We enjoyed having the Maybrook Cottage as our home base during our annual weeklong visit to Vermont. Our young kids loved the location and the nearby waterfall to explore. The hosts are very easy to communicate with, and have done a wonderful job restoring these vintage cabins. Would definitely return!"
