"Host was spot on with communications. Did not have any issues and a message just telling host we arrived and departed was responded to quickly.Check in was super easy. Code to get in property was communicated with clear instructions and we arrived, got right in!Property was just as advertised. Very comfy and cozy. We also felt we had our privacy. "Communication regarding check in was really great. I loved the YouTube video. Upon entering the loft we found the place very clean and organized. I loved the coffee / tea bar. Very thoughtful. The amenities were a great benefit as well. It was a great location to stores and downtown. We will certainly look to book this loft next time we are in town. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"The VRBO had everything you could need in it! We would definitely stay here again, it was nice to be able to leave the car there and walk to everything in downtown and the lake. The bar below the loft is open late and plays loud music daily so just be aware of that! Overall great location. "

"We had a very nice stay, the room was nice and clean, pool and fitness also very good. I was though very disappointed to find out the use of plastic! The complimentary breakfast was on plastic plates, plastic “silverware”, plastic “glasses”. Apart from it being a sad experience it also surpriced me that a hotel does not take more responsibility towards the environment and the climate crisis and at least use less plastic. Our room had a huge refrigerator and a dishwasher, but only 2 knives and 2 spoons, 2 plates etc. when we asked for more they gave us plastic. So really a nice hotel, but I hope management will rethink the use of plastic. We all have a responsibility."
