"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"The best hotel we have stayed at for a very long time. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and spacious - and the view from our room at 31 floor - amazing. We could see Mt Fuji several time and Tokyo skyline at night. And the breakfast was probably the best we ever had on a hotel - so delicious - and the seating in the breakfast restaurant was top. The only minus is the area - it is a bit quiet - but that was just what we needed after 3 weeks in Japan and it was very close to Shinagawa...
