My recent stay at the O Gallery premium Hotel and spa, had its ups and downs. While there were some aspects of the hotel that I enjoyed, there were also a few areas that left something to be desired.
Let's start with the positives. The staff at the Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions.
The room itself was comfortable and spacious, The bed was cozy, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. However, I couldn't help but notice that the bathroom was in need of some attention. While it was clean, there were a few minor issues such as dark colored grout and a strong urine smell coming from the drain that detracted from the overall experience.
On the bright side, the hotel's dining options were excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I also enjoyed a few meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was consistently tasty and well-prepared.
The location of the Hotel was also a plus, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
What truly stood out to me was Anna's friendly and approachable nature. She took the time to engage in genuine conversations with me, asking about my day and sharing stories about the local area.
Big thanks to Thomas as well, for helping us connect with our tour operator.
