Nice area, great staff and a fair hotel.
So if you look at the standard globally its a 3-4 star hotel. For Hanoi its a great hotel in a great area. And absolutely the best thing is the service of the staff in the reception. Great and friendly staff that goes out of the way to help you. Breakfast is ok and the cooks and staff here are great and friendly.

Gode senge
Meget serviceminded og imødekommende modtagelse og hurtig check-in. Stedet egner sig umiddelbart mest til max. 2 personer, vi havde bestilt til 3 personer og med en ekstra seng i værelset, bliver det meget småt. Endvidere var vores værelse uden vindue ud og da vægge er malet mørkeblå og meget mørke møbler, så bliver det meget "mørkt". Sengen var rigtig god. Restauranten var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, betjeningnen god, men maden er dyr og virker desværre ikke autentisk. Jeg vil anbefale hotellet til par eller enlige, der gerne vil bo centralt og som kun har behov for en dejlig seng at sove i samt ok badefaciliteter - så er dette stedet.

My wife and I were greeted at the door, the customer service only increased from there. We were both pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the best place we stayed at by FAR! Would recommend to anyone that would listen, this hotel is great the property is well kept, the service is absolutely amazing, this hotel will do anything to meet and exceed your requests! 5 stars, 10/10, would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in the door the staff swept us off our feet and went to any length to accommodate any need or request we had. Could not recommend this hotel enough. Everyone stay with this hotel you will not be let down. 10/10 and then some!!

This was a great hotel. Staff was super. Made an effort to greet us by name. It is a small hotel, but well located. The breakfast buffet was very good.

창문이 없는 방을 선택해서 걱정을 많이 했는데 소음도 안들리고 오히려 좋았다.조식도 훌륭하고 공항에 갈때는 GRAB택시 운전자에게 직접 전화도 해주고 따로 부탁도 해서 안전하게 공항에 도착할수 있었다

I’ve stayed in multiple high end hotels in both the U.S, South America, and Europe and this was the best overall experience. This was mainly due to the amazing staff who catered to us like no one else ever has. In addition, the included breakfast buffet is amazing and features both traditional Vietnamese dishes & those commonly found in the West. When visiting Hanoi; this is the place to stay & the best bang for your buck hotel in the world imo.

O’Gallery staff are excellent they accommodated our every need. The hotel is clean and safe within walking distance of old quarter sites. We had two different rooms some don’t have external windows which meant a little dark we much preferred the window to look out of and have fresh air. Buffet was busy and nice enough but charge extra for coffee.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They organized take away breakfast for us when we had an early flight and helped us organize drivers and taxis for our various activities. I can’t recommend them enough.

Staff were super accommodating and kind. They were attentive to all guests and ensured we were taken care of. The location is central making walking to places easy and getting a grab quick. The staff were able to provide amazing recommendations and breakfast was also included. Room was spacious and exactly as pictured. The mini balcony to the front was a plus. My recent stay at the O Gallery premium Hotel and spa, had its ups and downs. While there were some aspects of the hotel that I enjoyed, there were also a few areas that left something to be desired. Let's start with the positives. The staff at the Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, The bed was cozy, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. However, I couldn't help but notice that the bathroom was in need of some attention. While it was clean, there were a few minor issues such as dark colored grout and a strong urine smell coming from the drain that detracted from the overall experience. On the bright side, the hotel's dining options were excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I also enjoyed a few meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was consistently tasty and well-prepared. The location of the Hotel was also a plus, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. What truly stood out to me was Anna's friendly and approachable nature. She took the time to engage in genuine conversations with me, asking about my day and sharing stories about the local area. Big thanks to Thomas as well, for helping us connect with our tour operator.

My stay was okay. Lots of street noise. Even though my room was not street side and I kept the window closed, it was still very noisy. Also, the staff were not friendly. I’ve been vacationing in Vietnam for almost two weeks, and O’Gallery was the only hotel where I didn’t feel welcome.

Excellent location - within walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast was delicious and offered a diverse array of fruit, cakes, and Vietnamese savory meals. In addition to the buffet breakfast, there was an a la carte option. I had an executive room with an outside facing window, which was very small. The floor and lamps were a bit dusty. Staff and service were great.
