"We can’t say enough great things about our stay! Sweet home with AMAZING views, very clean, comfy beds, original artwork fills the home, great hostess - very attentive, so much to see and do! We spent our week exploring nature and saw a moose, wolves, lots of eagles, osprey, hummingbirds, deer, and a lot of birds! Amazing! We WILL be back!"

"We looked forward to this trip the past year and it did not disappoint. The location and view is absolutely beautiful. We took full advantage of the sauna to lake plunge daily. The kids loved the beach/water and looking for turtles around the house. Other than food and drink basically everything you need is supplied. We only left 1 time to go into town for the farmers market on Friday afternoons. Great trip!"

"One of the most relaxing vacations! Loved the sauna and being totally unplugged. Beds were clean and comfortable with the wonderful sound of the waves on the shore to lull me to sleep. We would stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and quite. Easy walk to the shoreline or dinner and Fitzgerald’s. Make sure to make reservations early at that place.! Over all it was a nice stay. The bed was a bit soft for me and there was a musty smell but I would stay there agian."

"We booked this cottage to attend the graduation of my Granddaughter from MI Tech. We enjoyed shopping in Houghton and Calumet. We used the cottage for sleeping and relaxing with the five of us who stayed there. Dined out or munched on leftovers, so we didn't use the kitchen very much."

"Had a great time at the cottage. The place was clean and had the essentials to feel at home - grill, firepit, kitchen tools. We really enjoyed taking our boat out, caught some fish, and soaked up some sun. Will strongly consider staying here again for our next trip to yooperland!"

"This was the perfect place to unwind and relax. We walked the waters edge at least twice a day and found lots of beach glass. The location provided us with many opportunities for day trip adventures. The cabin was stocked with everything from Qtips to a coffee grinder. Very neat, tidy and clean."

"Overall a really good property at a reasonable price. With a few improvements this place would have five stars but the would not let that deter me from another stay. Plenty of room, clean house with everything you need to feel at home. My only recommendation is to get some actual bed pillows instead of the decorative ones that are on the beds."

"Overall the house was decent. Very spacious and sprawling. There was no possible way we would have been able to fit sled trailers there, although told we could, 3 trucks didn’t even fit comfortably. Cleanliness could have been better. Bathrooms were “old dirt” dirty. Kitchen was pretty bad especially the fridge/ freezer. Biggest disappointment was no functioning hot tub. It had been broken over a year but still listed as an amenity. That said, we would possibly stay again- but not if planning a...
