Grill was covered with a layer of dirt and bird droppings. Yard had garbage and very unkempt. Unit floors dirty; food crumbs t/o unit. Two dirty socks found in master bed-pretty sure linens weren't changed. Fans in bedrooms caked with dust, stair well railing filthy; we avoided touching it at all.
