"Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again."

"Personalet i receptionen var ikke imødekomme, sad og kiggede på sin pc skærm hele tiden. Da vi ankom var værelset 16 grader, vi kunne ikke selv ændre temperaturen, det skulle foregå med hjælp fra receptionen. Værelserne er meget lydte, både oppefra, til siderne og overfor. Der er IKKE noget vaskeri på hotellet som der står. "
