"Second stay here. Love the location and the studio has everything you need. The hot tub was heavenly especially on the cold nights I was there. Met the owner this trip and Mark was very friendly and welcoming as always. A mile to the ferry which I took to Ocracoke and spent the day. Plenty to do on Hatteras so much history, shopping and beautiful beaches. Love it there!"

"The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. Walking to shops and restaurants was so easy. The waterfront was a block away. There was a pavilion you could look right at from the balcony or sit at the benches next to it. They had music on the weekend. The owner was super friendly, they even had wine and water in the fridge. You won't be disappointed in this nice place."

"Good location at the very northern end of the boardwalk, close to things but away from the crowds. Small but had what we needed, including a comfortable bed, plenty of dishes and beach chairs in good condition. Some of the advance communication was confusing because it came from different sources but a quick phone call resolved the one check in issue that had gotten buried. "

"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
