"We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The mansion is beautiful with so much history and our room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The bath was wonderful especially with a fireplace right there. We ate at the restaurant which was incredible- had the two tasting menus which was so fun and highly recommended. Parking is a breeze. "We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. "Such a great boutique hotel with Charleston history and charm. Easy walk to King Street for shopping and lots of great restaurants and bars. Loved the happy hour and included breakfast — visited with other guests at both. Todd took care of our bags and parking our car and Louisa at reception gave us lots of restaurant and bar recommendations. Want to stay longer and come back!"
"From the front desks, concierge, valet, restaurants employess...everyone was amazing. We booked a 1br and were instantly upgraded to a 2bd, which was perfect for a spa weekend w/my bestie. Plush robes and cozy beds were amazing. The restaurant had great food and service. The hotel was so nice, we rarely left...i would definitely stay here again and again.
