The Space:

The former commercial unit is located in Hamburg Rotherbaum and has been converted into a charming 1-bedroom apartment. The 33 m² apartment is located in the basement and offers enough space for four people. The apartment has a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy living area. This is equipped with a flat screen TV and comfortable sofa elements, which can be converted into single beds.

The Neighborhood:

The upscale district of Rotherbaum is surrounded by the Außenalster lake and is characterized by Tudor-style villas and mansions from the pre-war period. The Alsterpark offers spacious meadows on the shore, inviting for picnics and boat watching.The subway station Hallerstraße is just a 7-minute walk away. You can reach Hamburg's city center in just 15 minutes.



Getting Around:

Underground station Hallerstraße with access to underground line U1 is just a 3 minute walk to the apartment.



U1 operates to the city center and Hamburg main station.
