Hoteller i Halwell and Moreleigh

"Lovely spacious house, nice and cosy, goid location to explore the area. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good spa facilities which were clean. The room was well set out and clean, although it felt a little tired! Breakfast was good, all fresh and scrambled and poached eggs cooked to order. All in all a good stay."

"Stayed here as an entry point to the South West Coastal path so whilst the town itself only has a pub and a post office, it was perfect for a 1 night stay before starting a long walk. There's also a local bus which goes a few times a day. Big room, very clean and comfortable, great breakfast included. Lovely stay."

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were excellent. We loved the ambience and the food There was nothing we disliked except the proximity of the village church which insisted on striking every quarter hour day and night. It was an unusually warm night in October so we had the window open so I would advise using earplugs if the window is open."

"Such a lovely friendly receptionist on arrival. We had the green room and it was big and very clean."

"Lovely stay here. Easy free parking. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Room was spotlessly clean. Easy to walk into Ashburton centre."

"A really authentic Inn and pub. Very well visited by the locals. You allmost expect to meet Sherlock Holmes at the dinner table after a day out in Dartmoor. Good food, Good Ales and nice people "

"Rigtig dejligt sted. Hyggeligt hotel med god atmosfære og meget imødekommende personale"

"The hotel is only about a year old so the building and all the fittings and furniture are in as-new condition. The staff were all cheerful and a delight to work with. The food was good both breakfast and the evening meals. The location right on the foreshore is attractive with lovely views of the sunrise but it is well away from the centre of Torquay. When I arrived Google maps had the location 300 metres too close to the main part of Torquay so you need to check this before setting a route."

"We had a lovely three day stay at the Plantation House Hotel. Our suite was spacious very clean. Bar. Lots of choices of beer wine and spirits and nibbles before dinner. Dining. The menu was absolutely first class cooked and presented to a very high standard, absolutely loved the lamb. Breakfast. Again lots of choice with yoghurt, porridge, cereals and then of course there is different options for your cooked breakfast. Every member staff were absolutely fantastic and so helpful, an asset...

"Næste gang jeg kommer i det område, vil jeg bo her! Det er ikke for stort, har en hyggelig gårdhave, stor parkeringsplads, skøn restaurant. Værtinden er til stede og jeg må sige, hun er utrolig effektiv og meget venlig. Værelset var stort og rart med en fin altan ud mod gårdhaven."

"Lovely hotel, right on the waterfront and very close to the town centre. Would definitely stay here again."
