Located across from the central library. A 5-minute walk to Halifax’s waterfront, restaurants and pubs.

We value our guests comfort. From a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). Please contact us for special requests. We always look to improve.

The hand and dish soap are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We use scented laundry products, but offer unscented on request.

A few things that we do offer on request:
-playpen, highchair
-single bed
-ask us...you never know.
Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.

Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.

Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.

No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.

This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.

Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.

There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.

Garbage needs to be sorted into cans/plastic recycling, paper, green bin (compost) and garbage.

Any guest that misuses the property, such as but not limited to: hosting a party, using the property for prostitution services, causing damage to the property and/or disturbing other residents will be charged a $500 fine, plus any applicable cleaning fees and/or costs to repair or replace any damaged property or of any cancelled bookings.
