"We had an excellent stay. This property and the hosts exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly communicative. They promptly answered any questions we had. The check in process was smooth. The property was clean and very well appointed. Plenty of outdoor seating. The outdoor grill was clean and easy to use. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, canoeing around the lake, and campfires. The lake itself was pretty quite. Not a lot of boat traffic. We were there during the week, so I imagine...

"There is an apartment attached to the back of the house, which has a separate entry for separate renters. House is more dated and represented a bit differently than the photos. A/C is a portable unit in each bedroom with a hose vented out the window. No dishwasher. Would not call it “charming”or “beautiful”. It was adequate."

"What a wonderful stay out this cabin style cottage. The location was perfect for outdoorsy activities and not too far from Ottawa and Gatineau! The space was perfect for a family of 5. The space was well AC during the hot days and the layout was great for playing board games (available at the site) or reading a book! As well, the wildlife was amazing! We saw turkeys, rabbits, foxes and deer. It was a beautiful getaway!"
