New Stainless Steel appliances(fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), popcorn maker, coffee station (Keurig, Kettle, and Coffee Maker), XL center island w/4 super comfortable barstools. Dishes and silverware (service for 8+), pots, pans, and bakeware
*Sorry, while the fridge's water filter works great, we are working on getting the ice machine serviced. In the meantime, we keep silicon ice trays in the freezer

Bedrooms (2nd floor):
We have two master bdrms w/king beds and 2 smaller bdrms w/queen beds. One master has 2 giant bureaus as well as 2 nightstands w/big drawers. All other rooms have large closets with shelves and hangers. Linens, blankets, comforters, pillows provided. All bedrooms have mirrors and all bedrooms have air conditioners (during the summer)
Main Bathroom (2nd floor):
Luxury Air Tub, huge standing shower w/lighting & 2 recessed benches & 6 different shower heads, circulation fan, toilet, vanity mirrors, 2 sinks, ample drawer and under-counter storage, large closet equipped with towels, hair dryer, several dimmable lighting fixtures including romantic chandelier

**Please note: Because this house is in the mountains, we do not have a central air-conditioning system. During the summer months all bedrooms are equipped with window A/C units and there is a 12,000 btu unit in the Living room/Rec Room. All of the rooms in the house have dimmable ceiling fans which add to the cooling efficiency.
