"Room was not very clean,carpet was dirty,nasty looking stuff all over the walls and ceiling. Inside of the frig was dirty,we didnt even want to put any food in it.towels and rags were stained.Would not stay here again unless I had no other options."

"Rooms are very clean, rate is very affordable. In a pretty good part of town, close to Interstate. Staff was very helpful - included coming up to room to fix tv problem. Breakfast was good - much more than continental."

"No carpet in the room, smells musty or like molds, their shampoo/conditioner made my scalp itchy....breakfast not good, specially the coffeee.....for the price that we paid not recommendable ☹️"

"Two of us had to go to Van Buren and I made reservations thru Expedia when I called to let them know we were in town they couldn’t find my reservation when I called back to see if it show up in system lady said she couldn’t reach me and my card declined so she canceled my reservation. I told her that wasn’t possible it showed pending. She said it would come off in a day or two. When we arrived at motel my friend paid and we left next morning. Once I got home I checked my account and payment...

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. My mqin issue is. I asked for an ADA room and I was given a room with a normal bathroom no rails or extra space. It was on thr bottom floor . I reserved and paid ahead we did have a late night arrival. I am just recovering from a temporary injury but anyone using a wheelchair or walker full time ahould double. Heck this amenity. Some of the furniture is a but run down. The parking lot is crazy trying to figure out how to get in especially at night."

"This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. "
