"Our reservation was a last second error, while trying to register for a stay in Decatur, Indiana. Expedia staff tried repeatedly tried to correct this error, but staff at Decatur Illinois never responded. We eventually were charged for a hotel stay we never made"

"Lighting in the lobby was dim, entry doors smokey and key card didn't work after hours for those doors. Staff were not visible at front desk, had to ring a bell several times for service. Door to room was not aligned properly, had to forcefully close with weight of body. A lot of traffic from other guests, some shady looking characters. Front desk staff accused my young adult sons of not having a room, even threatening to call law enforcement for them sitting in breakfast area, causing me to...

"Absolutely wonderful, secluded little place to stay! I was a little worried with it being right next to Lowe’s, but I hardly noticed at all! And to be honest I didn’t even know there was a hotel back there! Surrounded by trees, it’s the perfect little hidden getaway! Building was well maintained and super clean, very very quiet inside, lovely gas fire out on the patio. All in all an excellent stay!"
