"Hotel is quite secluded and you would need a car to go to Fajardo city. Room was very clean, but the hotel in general looked like it had seen better days. Food options not very good. Did not seem to be fresh made and seemed like they did not use local produce, eg the fruits in the breakfast restaurant. Also a bit overpriced compared to quality. In general our impression is that it is overpriced according to the standard. Biggest plus about hotel was the friendly staff."

"Everything about this place was great from beginning to end. Communication with the management was on point from day one. We felt at home and comfortable. My family and I loved the pool. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance they were there to assist asap! Check in and check out was easy with no issues. We will definitely stay here again!! "

"Calizo is so beautiful! It felt safe as most didnt know, or would drive by the locked entrance lol. The pool/jacuzzi area is gorgeous, especially at night. The courtyard was always clean and the vibrant colors just make it pop. Definitely a cute spot for a couples and families. The host answered text messages so quickly and was super nice. Make sure to answer the initial text right away, to avoid confusion. The staff we encountered were very nice as well and welcoming. And the restaurant...
