"Terrible experience. Bathroom, sofa headboards in both rooms were filthy. Around the base of the toilet was especially filthy with a black buildup and urine stains. The sink also had a build up of black gunk. This created a terrible smell. The headboards were terribly stained. The sheets didn't fit the bed. I reached out to the property via the app and email They apologized for the "inconvenience." I responded that the conditions were a health hazard and a breeding ground for bacteria and virus....

"We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico and truly enjoyed our time here. My mother-in-law absolutely loved her room and kept saying she had never slept so well. She really appreciated being able to keep her room nice and cold while shutting the door so the rest of us didn’t freeze. "The host/neighbors was very nosey , everything was a problem from the parking, the noise we made ( awfully loud location with people playing music till 5am) but somehow we were a problem … wanted me to park in a steep hill with bad tires when there was plenty of parking .. felt like I was at a strict grandparents home. Far from everything . I don’t recommend for urban people like my family … place was clean and pretty tho, spacious … but just not a vibe . "
