"We stayed at the hotel for two nights and several times we experienced amazing service. We had issues with our car insurance and the sweet people in the reception made sure that we went to a good and competent insurance company. When we had to leave our train left in the evening and although we had checked out we were offered a room to shower and stay in after we had used the pool.
