"This hotel cannot be recommended! We have stayed at several hotels but have never experienced anything like this. Everything is out of control and the rooms are not clean at all. We have stayed here 3 nights and the bedsheets have not been cleaned nor did the towels or bathrobe get washed. Not once did they wash the bedsheets or towels during our 3 nights stay even though we specifically reminded and told them! We told them 4 times but they did not do anything about it. When we told the staff...

"We have an excellent stay! Better in person than online. Great location and close to everything! Just one note that we booked a 3 BR with King, 1 Queen and 2 Doubles, but all the rooms had 3 Queen."

"Double check before making a reservation because there are 2 hotels which have similar names in Yalikavak (Art Suite Hotel & Arts Hotel). This hotel is good on location but beach is facing for Yalikavak Marina. Other than this, stuff is helpful and good for just staying, nothing more on amenities..."

"The best result after Master Detox program. Our bloodwork showed no cholesterol and the blood sugar was low with 30 points. Great place to relax and to improve your health."

"We stayed at Radisson Collection Bodrum for a wedding with our young child. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of basic service, safety, and accountability. We were eventually given a visibly worn and stained crib late at night, which was replaced with one that had a broken wheel the next day. Having to repeatedly address such a basic need while traveling with a young child...

"The beach view was wonderful. It’s about 60 steps down to the actual beach - which is also wonderful. And the room had a great view as well. But the staff let us down. They said they would get us our breakfast at 7:00 am so we could get to the airport on time. But we heard nothing from the staff until we had gotten our own airport taxi and no 7 am breakfast."
