Inside, the charming living area features hardwood floors and comfortable seating, perfect for unwinding. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, the guest bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. For added convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are available in the unit to make laundry a breeze.
Enjoy two swimming pools and a spa, with the largest pool offering a zero-entry for wading, sunbathing, and relaxing. The Rookery is surrounded by Fort Morgan's nature, and you might even spot an alligator or two! Golf carts are welcome, making it easy to reach the beach, explore nearby spots, or take advantage of the ample space for parking a golf cart or boat.
The surrounding area offers endless activities, including nearby golf courses, water parks, boat rentals, outlet shopping, the Gulf Coast Zoo, and scenic tours of historic Fort Morgan or Dauphin Island.
