"Clean property. I was not aware we had to bring our own beach towels and beach toys. I wish the property had those in stock. Also, wasnt aware we had to buy everything but the utensils in the unit. Restaurants and attractions are a good 20 minute walk away. "

"The balcony’s are huge and very private, the views are incredible! This condo was fantastic, I would recommend replacing the throw rugs. The floor could have been a little cleaner, our white socks were black on the bottom. "

"This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location just across from beach and conviently next to pool. It’s beautifully decorated and clean. Bed is comfortable but the couch not so much..typical for a pull out. Plenty of communication in preparation of arrival and departure: easy check in. There were a few things that could use attention. The patio sliding door is atrocious… take WD40. The shower curtain rod could use a little maintenance and the bath towels have seen better days, possibly time to...

"Other than the TV service, which they are changing, it was very nice. The owners assistant was fantastic. She helped me with the TV service, until it went wacky & her's did too. We all called them."

"The property was amazing! The room was very clean and well stocked. The beds were phenomenal! Right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. The pool and hot tub was so nice. Ive seen some mixed reviews on Sterling and i took a chance and booked and am so glad i did! Definitely will be back there. And location was steller, .5 milea from Pier Park.,but still in the condo and even on the beach, it was quiet and peaceful! 5 Stars! "

"Everything was good. The previous guest did not turn on the dishwasher (minor inconvenience).The television streaming was not good (both in the living room and bedroom).All in all, it was a great place to stay. "

"Awesome location with everything you need! Winn Dixie is basically next door for anything else, and all you need to do is cross the street to the beach. The host is very quick to respond to messages too! Would have booked for longer if it had been available for such. Thank you so much!! "
