Close to be Gulf Breeze Zoo, Downtown Pensacola, Destin attractions, and the National Aviation Museum are within a 25-miles drive.
The space
Welcome to Forest Bay Estates in Gulf Breeze! Our 4 BR and 3 full baths home was built in 2022.This 2303 sq.ft. space has been beautifully decorated, warm and welcoming!
The open concept living and dining areas allow you to enjoy large gatherings. At our covered patio you can enjoy the view of tropical forest.
The interior is open and spacious, offering such features as central AC, Heating, complimentary WiFi, free TV channels.
At the heart of the living space is a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, with two separate dining areas available at the island breakfast bar, and formal dining room table. In the evenings, stream movies and play board games in the elegant living room and leave the day's swimsuits and towels in the full laundry room.
The serene bedrooms are all thoughtfully separated for privacy, with three of the four offering smart TVs. One bedroom is a primary suite with its own spa-like bathroom and walk-in closet.
The house comfortably sleeps 10, plus baby crib, if children are utilizing sectional sofa it can fit more people.
Have fun with your friends and family at the brand new salt water community pool, or drive around 15 minutes to Navarre Beach, to take a dive in ocean waters and relax on a whitest sand!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the garage with the exception of a closet used for storage and supplies.
Also guests have an access to new salt water community pool.
Other things to note
The TVs are all smart TVs. Live TV streaming is complimentary (via YouTube, Netflix...), other streaming services available with guest credentials

If you want to bring a pet just let us know in advance and there will be a 75$ added to your reservation.
Long term discounts are not applicable for hot season stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 6-7 vehicles or more. There is parking in the garage and driveway.

Security camera details: Ring door bell and cameras in front and back of the house.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
