****Please be aware that during the winter months it is super important to look at the low and high tides if you are bringing a boat. There are times where the water level is very low under the boat lift.
***The pool is heated by a heat pump, which is dependent on outside air temperature. For effective heating, outdoor temperatures generally need to be above 50–55°F. Heating is not feasible during colder weather. The pool can also be cooled in the summer months.

**Fireplace is not usable.

We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) to get you through the first few days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard to avoid a $50 clean up fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

In certain circumstances—such as when the primary guest is under 25—we require a security deposit up to $1000.

A 4% fee will be charged for all cancellations.
