Some days relaxing at "home" other days taking trips fx to the monster park at barzano or to the nearby villages and enjoying italian food. think we'll be back in 2024!"

"We had a lovely stay, although it was extremely warm and without aircondition it was difficult to ve cooled down, however the pool helped a bit but it was also warm. The people we met, that helped to make the Place perfectly comfortable was all so nice. Orietta made us dinner 3 times. It was like heaven. Even all the kids loved her cocking. "We were a 3 generation family of 10. Overall very good, a lovely pool and a games room with table tennis and table football. Rome was reached by train from Terni. ( but check ticket prices as it varies enormously depending on the train) Lake Bolsena, Orvieto, Todi, Spoleto, Bagnoregio and Cascade del Marmore are all easily reached by car. Village pizzeria is excellent. We drove from Rome Fiumicino Airport, very easy using Autostrada. My family all enjoyed the soft river rafting near Marmore....

"Guido was very gracious assisting us whenever we had questions. Claudia, who met us at the square was very helpful & guided us to the property. Both were very responsive to any of our needs. "Great place to stay while visiting the Umbrian valley. Peaceful, quiet and convenient for visiting surrounding hill towns.
