"Clean and in a very good shape. Restaurant has open view kitchen which is clean, and an wide varity of food, both chineese and western. All staff smiling and up front helpful.. Most staff speaks english very well. Easy acces to Metro, Ferry to HK, airport.
I have been to Shenzhen many times, and Hyatt Place Bao'an Airport is difinately my New favorit hotel.. All my Best recomendations.. "

"Attention cet hôtel est parfait si vous avez une escale de nuit, sans vouloir visiter Shanghai. Dans ce cas aller plutôt au holiday hotel et non pas le express.
Un bus fait la navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel compté environ 10min. Le pick up se fait en face de la porte 9. C'est pratique.
Le buffet du soir est a moins de 10€ pour 2, il est d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Les plats sont indiqués en Anglais.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, neuves. La literie est bonne.

"Have stayed here before and was happy then, but this second time the experience was not good. The room was not ready when we arrived so we had to wait in the lobby. There was a lot of noise in the hallway from other guests yelling. The family room was 2 floors so kids slept upstairs, and first time only one big room which was more convenient. "

"Fantastic location—just steps from major train and subway lines, and close to shopping malls. The room was spotless, exceptionally quiet, and beautifully designed with a contemporary, truly luxurious touch—more upscale than most 4- or 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at in the U.S. The food was excellent."

Rummenes størrelser er gode, smukt indrettet og renligheden er i top.
Havde et værelse med stor altan og udsigt til century park,ligeledes kan man se den smukke skyline i pudong.

"Great hotel to for a Disneyland Shanghai trip . The hotel offers transfers to and from the park which is super convenient. The rooms are a good size and the onsite facilities are great . Would definitely stay at this property on the next trip to Shanghai Disneyland. "
