4 seasons perfection, very nice personal service and excellent food in the restaurants

Everything about the stay was fantastic and the staff were always very helpful. The room was clean and well decorated and the bed was of a very high standard and quality. The breakfast was of a very high standard and there were many lovely dishes to choose from. I will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, right by Yide Lu metro station, which made getting around very easy. The rooms are modern, very clean, and still feel cozy and homey, which is perfect when traveling with family. Breakfast was great. Both of my kids always found something they liked and enjoyed, and everything was fresh and tasty. The communication before arrival was outstanding. The hotel even received and kept our Taobao packages...
