Although the steep hill to reach the hotel made arrival challenging (initially no luggage help), staff went above and beyond throughout our visit, especially assisting with luggage upon departure. The accommodations were clean, modest, and charming, matched by genuinely exceptional service. Highly recommended for a memorable, comfortable stay."

"Muito boa a estadia, tudo limpo e bem organizado, certamente voltando para Ilha Grande retorno para a pousada. O unico ponto a ser considerado é atenção ao cobrar itens, pois meu esposo foi acertar o que pegou na geladeira da pousada e informaram itens não consumidos, mas por incerteza se eu havia consumido ou não, ele acabou pagando (eu não estava presente no momento do acerto). "

"The hotel has a good location and a nice breakfast! Please note the breakfast is only served between 8:00 - 10:00, so if you leave earlier because of an early boat there is no breakfast!☹️ We had booked 3 rooms, and had no. 2, 3 and 4. Room no 2 had only a neon light in the room and was very crowded because of an extra bed, which couldn’t be taken of the room!☹️ There was furthermore a bad smell from the bathroom! Room 3 and 4 was ok with much better light!"

"Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Simple but good. Thw room was clean and tidy, with a nice balcony. The area is also super quiet so for relaxing it is perfect."
