The space is fitted with air conditioning for a comfortable stay and can accommodate up to four guests, offering privacy and a premium lodging experience.



Guest Access:

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. The apartment offers 100% self check-in, allowing guests to arrive at the time that best suits their schedule.



On the morning of your arrival, you will receive the access instructions via messaging. Please feel free to let us know in advance if you have any special requests or needs prior to your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Avenida de las Américas in the Colomos Providencia neighborhood, the apartment is situated in a safe, modern area with excellent connectivity. The neighborhood is close to the Financial District and offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers. Parks and recreational areas are also just minutes away, making it an ideal setting for both business and leisure stays.



Getting Around:

Avenida de las Américas is one of Guadalajara’s main thoroughfares, making it easy to get around the city. From the apartment, guests can conveniently travel by car or use ride-hailing services. Other Things to Note:

In accordance with the condominium’s internal regulations, visitors or additional guests who are not previously registered are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property.



For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled to ensure optimal hygiene and comfort during your stay. The cost of the service is $450 MXN per visit, which includes towel replacement, trash removal, and general cleaning of bathrooms and floors. The day and time of the service can be coordinated in advance with our staff.
