Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms and two baths provide a comfortable layout for up to four guests. With 2 beds, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens, you can ease into restful nights and unhurried mornings. Extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage: closet, hangers, an iron, and a safe make longer stays simple and organized. A crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, and window guards add thoughtful flexibility for families.



Bathroom

Both bathrooms include bathroom essentials and hot water, offering what you need to refresh and reset each day.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen gives you space to cook your own meals, whether you’re preparing a relaxed breakfast before heading out or unwinding with dinner at the dining table. With a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, and cooking basics, you have the freedom to keep meals simple or try something new during your stay.



Living & indoor comforts

Air conditioning keeps the apartment comfortable as the days grow warmer, and Wifi supports both downtime and remote work at the dedicated workspace. A TV offers an easy way to wind down. Washer and dryer access, essentials, and cleaning available during stay add convenience throughout your visit.

The building includes an elevator and a gym, and the home is single level home with no stairs in home, making it easy to move throughout the space. Self check-in with keypad allows you to arrive on your schedule, and the private entrance - separate street or building entrance - ensures an independent stay. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed make this space especially practical for extended visits.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.

It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate. Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance.



Important note:



Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards.



Check-out:

Check-out is at 11:00 am.



Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

Getting Around:

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.



You can also use the cab service or platforms such as Uber.

In order for you to enjoy a 5-star experience, we ask you to take into account the following information:



Capacity and Rates:

The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 4 guests.

Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $15 USD per person per night applies.



The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people, including adults, children and infants.

Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.



Cleaning:

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit.



Restrictions

-No outside guests allowed.

-No pets allowed.

-No change of linens during your stay.



Services and amenities

The amenities provided (toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) are intended to cover the first day of your stay.



The kitchen utensils available are basic tools, they do not include supplies such as salt, oil and pepper.



Parking is limited and also subject to availability.





Common areas and surroundings

The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas are the external responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



Due to the constant growth of Guadalajara, it is possible that there may be construction work or other elements nearby that generate noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding.



Forgotten objects

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects in the accommodation. We recommend that you check carefully before your departure.
