For stays longer than 1 month, a weekly cleaning fee of $420 MXN is required. An incidentals deposit is also required upon check-in, with two options to choose from: 1) A one-time payment of $107 MXN or 2) A $1,500 MXN hold that will be released at the end of your stay if no damages are incurred (the actual amount released depends on your bank's policies).

We love welcoming your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all, we require a refundable pet deposit of $1,000 MXN. This amount will only be used in case of any damages or messes during your stay. Our goal is to maintain a pleasant space for everyone, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
