Hytter i Grovetown

"Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was."

"The house was conveniently near family who live in Grovetown. The fenced in yard was good for our dogs."

"Listing stated pets allowed and we were told by the host no pets allowed, we have a service dog which cannot by federal law be removed. Host threatened to shut off electricity and water if we didn’t give him a 200 a day pet deposit, which is also against Federal law, very shady situation, would not recommend to anyone. VRBO handled the situation very well and put us up in another place."

"Great house withe the right amenities.Kelly was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place."

"This was a 4/5 star trip. We were very impressed with the new upgrades and overall cleanliness of the hotel, but there were obvious areas that simply fell short. The tub pooled water while washing, there was hair on most of the “clean” towels and in the bed, the pool floor had moss growing on it, and the staff truly depended on who you were talking to at the time as to whether they were friendly/helpful or not. I really wanted to give the staff a 3, But Kiear in housekeeping did more for us that...

"The rooms are dated which is okay but the cable was out the entire stay and we were not offered any compensation or credit. Additionally, our upstairs neighbors must have been having a dance party or they were doing aerobics because it was terribly loud."

"It was very nice. The staff was amazing. First time being in an evacuation. They kept us informed"

"Very friendly and easy check in process and very reasonable prices!!.. they treat me like family and I will always come to this hotel when I'm in town..THEY ARE AWESOME!!!"
