"Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements...

"This rental was amazing. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was more than the usual blah hotel version; very large, very fresh and very tasty. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars through was I had been getting notifications of messages from host pre check-in, but no message appeared. All in all it only took an additional 5 or 10 minutes to check in. I would definitely stay there again."

"Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. The room was clean and in well-kept condition, but not nearly as comfortable as the pictures depict. Anyway, it was an expensive lesson for my further travels using VRBO as I would only consider a place...

"The place is very nice, a lot of stairs for us, but we rallied. No TV was odd, but not a problem. We had a bit of a paranormal incident, it did give us pause, but didn’t let it scare us away. "
