Luxury villa incl pool with seaview near beaches

ONLY ON REQUEST! The villa (shared with studio (2p)) is attractively decorated with the latest trends, and the porch, near the swimming pool with a sea view, gives you the feeling that you are staying at your own private resort.

The holiday villa has 3 bedrooms (all with their own air conditioning), of which the master bedroom (superking bed (180x200)) has its own en-suite bathroom (shower with hot water). The other 2 bedrooms (one has a superking bed (180xx200) and the other bedroom has 2 small double beds (120x200) have a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom is equipped with a shower (hot water), toilet and luxurious bathroom furniture.

The spacious living room is located on the ground floor. This has large sliding doors at the rear so that the wind blows wonderfully through the house. Luxurious, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island.

 The very spacious covered porch has a comfortable lounge seating and a 6 person dining area. There are fans above the lounge and dining area for a pleasantly cooling air flow.


 In the magnesium swimming pool you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the setting sun. The pool will be maintenanced once a week.

For you convenience there is a washing machine and dryer available. High new (march 2025) quality linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. After one week there will be an intermediate cleaning (vacuum, clean bed linnen and quick cleaning of the toilets and wash basin) (this is mandatory).


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. (Early check in or late check out available on request)
- Smoking (inside) is not allowed.
- once a week there will be a poolboy for cleaning the pool - There are free parking facilities available at front of the property.
- Not allowed to bring pets.

You may share the swimming pool with the studio. The jacuzzi is part of the studio. When the studio is not occupied, you can feel free to use the jacuzzi. 


Babycot and high chair available for rent (on reservations).

Please notice: Water and electricity is not included in the nightly price. There is a 10khw per day included. Intermediate and final cleaning is not included, you pay this on site. 

There is a security deposit of $500 per week in cash. The use of water, electricity and cleaning fee ($200 for final cleaning and $100 for intermediated cleaning) will be deducted from the security deposit. Please make sure you have enough cash with you or withdrawal it at the airport.
