"This house was in such a great place to walk into the city. My husband loved using the kitchen to cook. Everything was nice and clean although I desperately wanted to prune the poor old rise bush out front! "

"We had a lovely one night stay. The place was particularly spotless, super clean everywhere! It is also in a very central location. We walked in the evening to have dinner in the centre of Launceston.The beds are very comfortable. There is only one toilet downstairs but we didn’t find it a problem as we stayed only one night.I recommend this place."

"The location was great and the house was clean and well maintained.However, the kitchen equipment was limited and some items were not in good condition.Also, the listing mentioned a coffee machine, but there wasn’t one available during our stay.Overall, it was a good experience, but these issues could be improved."

"The drive way was steep, bathroom could do with up grade .Small lounge kitchen area ok if you weren't spending much time there .Decks where unkept & needed work on them. Bedrooms were good beds comfortable . "
