"I booked a room at this hotel and when I arrived I was informed no rooms were available due none being cleaned! After I booked and paid! I was instructed to reach out to the third party I booked my room through to obtain a refund. Expedia has reached out numerous times concerning this refund and I have yet to receive one. I will never book a room through this hotel again!"

"The rooms are smaller than expected, but they are nice and well-maintained. My room was very clean and we had plenty of towels and other items that we would need for our short stay. One challenge was the tv remote the tv. Intermittently, the television would shut off or return to the home screen, and at times, the tv would not respond to the remote at all. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."

Even staff helping with breakfast offerings were smiling and helping to satisfy everyone. Please keep current staff as I know there is new management."

"rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests."
